The only services that are not included are the bike rental and the surf classes (and of course the minibar and snackbar itens - If one day you want two have lunch or dinner at the hotel, order some home-made food at our "lanchonete" - the swimming pool snackbar).
About Reservation
Usually we will ask an in advance payment, as a non-refundable garantee for your reservation. The rest of the payment must be done here, at your check-in. Depending of the date of your reservation, this payment is will be the enough for the first nigth but, however, mainly on high-season and holydays, we can ask 50% or more in advance.
This first reservation payment can be done by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD), via an authorization send by us and returned by fax or e-mail, with your signature. This document is recognized by the credit cards companies, and authorizes the Hotel to make the debit in your credit card only for the specific reservation.
We also accept BIC/SWIFT banking transfer.
